Industrial Wastewater Decolorizing Chemical
Liquid organic polymer decolorizing agent for oily wastewater, textile dyeing wastewater, printing ink wastewater, pigment wastewater, paint wastewater and high color industrial effluent treatment.
BLUWAT BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent is a liquid organic polymer decolorizing chemical based on dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin.
It is designed for color removal, COD reduction and flocculation improvement in high color industrial wastewater.
BWD-01 is especially suitable for oily wastewater, textile dyeing wastewater, printing ink wastewater, pigment wastewater, paint wastewater and paper mill wastewater.
Compared with traditional bentonite or inorganic coagulants, BWD-01 can provide stronger decolorization performance, faster floc formation and lower sludge volume in many wastewater treatment systems.
Industrial wastewater from dyeing, printing, pigment, ink, paint and oily processing often contains dissolved color bodies, fine suspended particles, emulsified oil, organic matter and surfactants.
These pollutants are difficult to remove by simple sedimentation because they are stable in water and often carry surface charges.
If the wastewater is treated only by bentonite or common inorganic coagulants, the treatment result may be unstable.
For this type of wastewater, a more targeted organic decolorizing polymer is often needed.
BWD-01 is designed to solve color removal problems in high color industrial effluent.
After proper dilution and pH adjustment, BWD-01 can react with color-causing substances and colloidal particles in wastewater. It helps neutralize charges, destabilize dissolved color compounds and form flocs together with PAC and anionic PAM.
In many treatment systems, BWD-01 can be used as a replacement or supplement for bentonite when the target is stronger decolorization and lower sludge generation.
For better treatment performance, jar testing is recommended before bulk use. The dosage should be adjusted according to wastewater color, COD, pH, oil content and final discharge target.

BWD-01 can be used for industrial wastewater treatment where color removal is the main treatment target.
BWD-01 can be used before or after biological treatment depending on the wastewater condition and treatment process design.
BWD-01 works mainly through charge neutralization, adsorption and floc formation.
The cationic polymer structure helps neutralize negatively charged color substances and colloidal particles.
The destabilized pollutants begin to gather and form small flocs.
PAC and anionic PAM can strengthen coagulation and flocculation, forming larger and denser flocs for faster sedimentation.
This combined process helps improve color removal, reduce COD and improve treated water clarity.
Choose BWD-01 if your wastewater has strong color, high organic color bodies, oily pollutants or poor treatment results with bentonite alone.
For textile dyeing wastewater, printing ink wastewater and pigment wastewater, BWD-01 is suitable when the main problem is deep color and difficult color removal.
For oily wastewater, BWD-01 can help destabilize colored organic pollutants and improve the following flocculation process.
For wastewater with high suspended solids but low color, PAC or PAM may be more important than BWD-01.
For complex wastewater with both color and COD problems, a combined process of PAC, BWD-01 and anionic PAM is usually recommended.
BWD-01 is used for color removal, COD reduction and flocculation improvement in high color industrial wastewater. It is commonly used for textile dyeing wastewater, printing ink wastewater, pigment wastewater, oily wastewater and paper mill wastewater.
In many color removal applications, BWD-01 can be used as a more efficient alternative or supplement to bentonite. It may help achieve stronger decolorization, faster floc formation and lower sludge volume. Jar testing is recommended before replacement.
For better decolorization performance, the recommended wastewater pH is 8-10 before dosing. If pH is too high or too low, the treatment effect may decrease.
BWD-01 is usually diluted 40-50 times with fresh water before use. This helps improve dosing accuracy and mixing performance in wastewater treatment.
Yes. For many industrial wastewater treatment systems, BWD-01 works better when used with PAC and anionic PAM. PAC helps coagulation, BWD-01 removes color, and PAM helps form larger flocs for sedimentation.
BWD-01 can help reduce COD in suitable wastewater conditions, especially when COD is related to color-causing organic substances. Actual COD reduction depends on wastewater composition, dosage, pH and process design.
